About Me
Hi, I’m Benjamin Antonio Gasca, a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping others transform their lives. For years, I drifted through different jobs, always feeling like something was missing—like I hadn’t yet found my true purpose. Everything changed when I turned 30 and reconnected with my faith. That pivotal moment brought clarity, pulling me out of darkness and revealing my calling: to uplift and support others. Becoming a personal trainer allowed me to channel this purpose into action, empowering people to grow stronger both mentally and physically and reach goals they once thought were impossible.
Chapter One
Starting something new is always the hardest part, and I can relate to that. Every journey begins with a challenge, but I truly believe that with determination, I’ll achieve my dreams and goals—and I’m here to help you achieve yours too. Whether it’s supporting you in reaching milestones or simply being there when you need someone by your side, I’m dedicated to helping you succeed. If you’re someone who feels hesitant to take on things alone, whether it’s trying something new, going to new places, or even going for a run, I’ll be that person to accompany you. Together, we’ll face fears, overcome challenges, and I’ll share the ways I’ve done it to inspire and support you every step of the way.

If you prefer to keep your workout to just an hour, that's absolutely fine. Whether it's a run or another activity.
Monthly plan

As I mentioned earlier, I work around your schedule. I’ll design a personalized workout plan based on how many days you want to train.
